Record service.

Record power are very often criticised for poor service and I am sure that at times it is well deserved.
Maybe they have been listening to this criticism and have taken it on board.
A lady member from our woodturning club Sue has had a problem with her Record lathe.The quill in the tailstock jammed.Sue rang Record power on Monday and although the lathe is not under guarantee they sent her a new one free of charge and it arrived today.
Well done Record that is good service.
