My student today was Keith who came here for a trial day to see if he liked woodturning.
As you can see Keith made a very respectable Beech bowl and doesn't he look pleased with himself.

I came expecting to learn a little about woodturning, which I did, but I hadn't expected such a professional teaching session. I really appreciated you patience, your care re Health & Safety, the good lunch (please thank Sue for me ), the cups of coffee and, above all, the beech bowl you helped me to make.
